　　全歐洲歷史最悠久、最大規模的漫畫活動「法國安古蘭國際漫畫節」，在今年閉幕前的最後壓軸公開了最優秀得獎作品，而今年度安古蘭國際漫畫節第一次決定由外國漫畫家進行第一輪投票，然後再從中選出大獎及特別獎得主。而在漫畫節 40 周年特別獎的部分是由獲得最多漫畫家票選的《七龍珠》日本漫畫家鳥山明。　　....
